I’m a trainer, mentor, and leadership coach with more than 25 years of experience in organizational leadership and development.
I’m known for an easy-going, practical style that helps leaders understand organizational culture, build the tools they need to succeed, and reach their full potential.
Early in my leadership career, I learned the hard way what happens when you’re promoted without the right tools.
That experience pushed me to earn my Master’s in Organizational Leadership and become a coach so other leaders wouldn’t lose a decade the way I did.
Over the years, I’ve worked with leaders across healthcare, finance, technology, manufacturing, and the military - from new supervisors to senior executives.
My approach is simple: leadership development isn’t linear. Growth happens where you need it most.
